• Hi,
my client has been using the free version of your YITH WOOCOMMERCE AJAX PRODUCT FILTER plugin for quite a while, and apparently, its last update to version 4.0.2 has been causing some issues to his website.
The website is hosted on Siteground and it shows me that it’s increasing the CPU Seconds when the plugin is activated, which ended up causing the website to be down twice now. When I disable the plugin the CPU Seconds goes back to normal.
Is there’s anything on the plugin that could be causing this?
(The site’s theme is called Quartz, WordPress is updated to version 5.7, all plugins are updated.)
    Thank you.

    Hi there,

do you have a report about that? In this moment the plugin is disable on your website so I can’t do any tests in this moment.
You should try to disable all the plugins and enable it one by one to discover if the plugin that cause the issue is only ajax product filter or another one.

    Hi Andrea,
thank you for getting back to me. I did a test enabling plugin by plugin. And Yith was the one that I noticed the spike. I could enable the plugin for a short period of time, to prevent this site from crashing. Just let me know when or if/how I can give you access to the website.
    Thank you,
