CF7 sometimes doesn’t work and need SC reset

  • On one website we have a problem between swift and contact form 7. Occasionally CF7 stops working (does not send) and remains with the circle spinning. By regenerating the cache, cf7 starts working again.
    Does it happen to someone else?
    What could be the problem ?

    when you look in CF7 Support, many people have this Problem.

    Probably there is a nonce which expires in 12-24 hours. Set the cache expiry to 12 hours in order to work.

    In Pro version you can also manage nonces, so you can use action based, or longer cache expiry without issue.
