Today, Yoast SEO box is not loading fully in new post creation page.

Only four headers are being shown. SEO | Readability | Schema | Social

But under these headers no setting boxes are appearing.

We are sorry to hear that you’re having trouble. To investigate the issue further, we’ll need more information. Please, share a screenshot in which you highlight the issue you’re currently experiencing so that we can take a look at it. How to include screenshots or videos?

Please check the screen shot here: https://snipboard.io/Zl7ROK.jpg

I am not able to expend this box. Only header are being shown.

@sudhirmalethadcs We checked the provided screenshot and do see Yoast SEO metabox is loaded partially. The blank meta box?issue occurs due to a JavaScript conflict. So?we’d like you to please perform a conflict check. This will help us narrow down the exact cause and determine what the next steps are while saving you time.

Just to be sure, we would like to rule out any plugin or theme conflicts that may occur. The fastest way to do this is to?deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme?like?Twenty Nineteen.?

Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check?without affecting normal visitors to your site.

As we can imagine that you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process:?How to check for plugin conflicts.

If you do not feel comfortable to do this yourself or if this does not solve your issue, our Yoast SEO Premium plugin comes with one year of (technical) support.

    Hii @suascat_wp

    Thanks!!

    I followed the steps.

Using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin I deactivated all other plugins and only Yoast SEO was activated in troubleshooting mode.
but still I was facing the same issue.

Two days back everything was working fine. Is it because of the WordPress update?

    @sudhirmalethadcs Thanks for your reply.

We understand that you’ve tried disabling all other plugins except for Yoast SEO and the issue was still occurring. Can you please confirm whether you also tried switching to a default theme such as TwentyTwentyOne?

Also, ?can you confirm you are using WordPress 5.7? You can check by clicking on the W in the top left and selecting About. If you need to update, please check with your host provider. Please know that if you are using an older version of WordPress Core you may experience unexpected behavior with Yoast. This guide explains more: https://yoast.com/why-we-dont-support-old-wordpress-versions/

If you update to the most current version of WordPress does this resolve the issue?
