display post with most views

I recently noticed this thread https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/get-most-viewed-posts/

It’s asking to install so many things to get this works.

I just installed the post-view-counts plugins, but seems doesn’t work.

please advise if there is a more detail description for how to have the “most viewed” list, I guess this is the most needed function for the post listing.

I installed the https://en-gb.www.ads-software.com/plugins/post-views-counter/ plugins, but I don’t know how to get the “meta-key” from the plugin.
