    Hello there,

I recently changed the domain of one of my sites and updated all the DNS records for it, with the old domain now redirecting to the new one. Everything is working perfectly besides Jetpack.

When I go to debug, it says the site is not connected. I have tried reconnecting, deleting Jetpack as a whole and installing it again -to then, reconnect- and nothing works. Keep in mind, before the domain change it was working perfectly.

When I try to use the social media accounts, I am unable to do so and I keep getting this error:

    500 status code for ¨POST /sites/191208510/publicize-connections/new

I really don′t know what else to do.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi John

Your connection is looking ok from our end. Are you still having trouble with this?

    Hi Dan,

I managed to fix it by allowing access to the file Jetpack uses to connect. It is weird for me because before changing domains I didn’t have to do this, but I guess it is what it is.

    Thanks.
