Error establishing database connection

  • I’m getting an error establishing database connection due to the massive amount of traffic. Is there anything I can do right now to try to get the site back up? Any ideas?

    I can log onto the server using an ftp program however

    I have wp super-cache installed. Anything I can do to alleviate this problem in the future or anything I can do right now?

    That would have nothing to do with the database connection error.

    They claim it’s some sort of IP attack or something, but I know that isn’t the case.

    I’ll have to give that article a read, thank you!
