    Hi @ahmedabbas90,

If I am capturing this correctly, downloads reports per customer don’t calculate correctly on your site.

I tried to replicate on a local install, and it worked fine:

As a first step, please make sure that all your extensions are up to date, then please check any fatal errors in the logs, see WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Logs. That could highlight a potential issue/conflict.

    Hi,

No, the customer downloads report doesn’t work at all. See screenshot: https://prnt.sc/10zpctv. WordPress version and all plugins are up to date. There are more than a thousand orders of downloadable products and users download their products from their My Account page but still there showing no reord in downloads log.

    Thanks

The problem is when API is enabled in the product then the customer download log doesn’t work for that product. See screenshot: https://prnt.sc/10zqw6g

Is there any way to show customer logs for API products?

    Thanks
