All entries going to spam

    We added the Gravity Form Zero Spam plugin to a website last week but all entries have been going to spam since the 24th March.

    We are using version 1.0.7 which looking at other topics should have fixed the issue. We have disabled the plugin for the time-being.

    Do you know what would cause all entries to go to spam and if there is a resolution?

  • Version 1.0.7. also didn’t fix the spam issue for our website.
    New entries keep going straight to spam, with no notifications sent and no redirects after form submission.

    @imcube7 @interdirectbradley I want to fix this issue, but it’s hard to know what the issue is when the plugin isn’t active.

    Do either of you have a staging site? Or would you be willing to share a login for us to debug this issue? If so, please get in touch at [email protected].

    Either way, please share:

    – Did the issue start at a specific version?
    – What was the last version that worked for you?
    – What version of Gravity Forms are you using?
    – What theme are you using?

    The problem with v1.0.7 was solved for us by deactivating and reactivating the plugin. Now the plugin works as expected again, not sending entries directly to spam.
