Add new media get stuck

  • Hello,

    I add your plugin for a website where they have to overwrite often some pdf available there. Sometime, even if the file doesn’t exist, when I try to add a new media, or several, it get stuck on ongoing writing.

    Even the name of the file disappear. And nothing happened. I don’t know if there is a conflit with some plugin, but when I disactive the plugin, it’s working (not the overwriting of course).

    I’m running WP 5.7

    Can you help me?

    Hey @dprego – thank you very much for your message, as well as for using our plugin.
    Could you please let me know if you have any plugins installed and active that influence the upload process?
    Based on that I can make further tests on it as it shouldn’t get stuck.
    If you could have a look at your debug.log file, that would really help too.
