• I can upload files to my customer’s profiles, and they can be downloaded, but when trying to open the downloaded file I get an error saying that the file is not in a supported format or has been corrupted. I am uploading PDF files, and have tried opening them with Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer and Chrome. They documents open perfectly fine before uploading, but after downloading them from my client’s portal, the files are corrupted.

    Hi,

    Do you have the same issue with a .zip file?
    Can you check your PHP settings and post them here, please? memory limits, max execution times, etc.
    Can you also check your PHP logs, there should be some info in there: Try to upload a file, then open the php_errors.log file (you may probably ask your host provider for that), and copy-paste here the last added & relevant lines.

    Also, can you please check that all your add-ons are up-to-date if you have any, in Customer Area -> Status?
