Event registration – cancellation issue

Hi,
We have a problem with registration/cancellation.1. You register for an event.
2. After that, the event gets fully booked and registration closes.
3. What do you do if you want to cancel your booking?Suggested solution: Upon confirmation, a confirmation email will be sent and we suggest that you attach a link for cancellation?
