Max hours per day per booker

A question to see if this is even possible.
Can we use a field (or just the email address) to limit the TOTAL time of all separate bookings made in the one day by someone?
e.g max 2 hours per day for any one – so 2 separate bookings of 30m and 90m would be ok but should then prevent any more bookings for that day!
