STUCK on Transfer request has been sent to SiteGround server.

    I want transfer the website data from original domain (from expiring Siteground account) to another one domain (new Sitegroind account).
    This two domains are built on different server which are both on Siteground.
    But, I don’t know what happened that the task is stuck.
    Ive added this line in my wp-config.php
    define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘968M’ );
    Please help me, Im trying this migration 2 days, thank you.

    Hello @ahaostojic,

    Please excuse us for the delayed reply.

    According to the provided logs, the memory limit was exhausted by the files service. I checked the current state of the website and there are two huge folders under wp-content directory.

    SiteGround customers can use the Site Tools -> File Manager tool to look for such files/folders and remove them if possible.

    In case you face such issues in the future, I suggest you to temporally remove any large/backup folders out of the website directory and verify if the process will be completed.
