Display all images in a post gallery

So I am working with single.php and i want to display all of the images uploaded into a post’s gallery. I am using this plugin that crops and resizes my images on the fly (phpthumb) according to dimensions that are tagged on to the end of the url.
For example:
https://www.example.com/images/image.jpg&h=140&w=300&zc=1

I can’t use the gallery short code in the template because it doesn’t allow me to attach the dimension data to the end of each image url (or does it?… correct me if I am wrong).

Any ideas? Plugins?
