Hi, I did have a look and I couldn’t see any previous topics on this forum about this issue.

I was using mailchimp but I now use klaviyo to capture emails at checkout, both of which work great on the checkout page. That said, a significant amount of my customers checkout directly using the paypal checkout option before reaching our checkout page. I would like to still give these users the option to subscribe to emails, probably on the order confirmation page where they confirm their payment.

To see what I mean, I have included a link to our shop. Just add an item to cart and proceed to checkout, you’ll see an opt in at the bottom for emails. I would like a similar function for paypal express checkout.

Is this possible? I’d be very grateful for any advice! Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Howdy ??

Automatewoo works in the manner that you describe, i.e. a checkbox is added on the order confirmation page where they confirm their payment:

So far as similar functionality in a klaviyo integration, it would be best to take that up with the klaviyo support team.

    Hey, thanks for the reply!

It’s good to know that the functionality is possible, hopefully there’ll be a way to achieve this with Klaviyo too. I’ve put the question to them in their forum.
