Shortcode Integration

I read the announcement on the top of the forum but I have tried reaching out to support via contact form a couple of times in the past to no avail, so I’ll be posting here.
I would like to add a contact form shortcode inside specific directory listings. I tried using the Text & TextArea in the Directory Builder and pasting the shortcode in there but that doesn’t work well at all.
Also, is there any way to add fields to the ‘Contact Listing Owner’ form such as ‘Phone Number’ or ‘Business Name’

You are unable to add customer shortcode into the listing at the moment. But we are developing a custom shortcode block that will allow you to use shortcode or custom HTML on the single listing page. You can expect it in May.
Also, is there any way to add fields to the ‘Contact Listing Owner’ form such as ‘Phone Number’ or ‘Business Name’
There is no default way to do that, you need to override the form. Here is a guide to template override. https://directorist.com/documentation/directorist/developers-guide/template-override/
*You will need coding skills to add features to the form.
