Recently installed WP Cerber, but I’ve noticed that not all comments are being pushed to me for moderation.

The filter seems to be catching spam, but is also filtering out legitimate comments. I’ve heard directly from a few users who have told me they’ve left a comment, but I don’t see their comment anywhere, so I’m unable to manually approve it.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

In the Anti-spam settings find the “If a spam comment detected” setting. Set it to the “Mark it as spam”. All comments detected by WP Cerber as spam will be under the “Spam” tab on the “Comments” page.

Thanks – I’ve already changed that setting. Some actual comments show up in the “spam” tab (which I can manually approve), but I’ve heard from several readers of my blog who were able to comment in the past, but haven’t been able to leave comments lately.

NOTE: I’ve also recently changed multiple settings (including my hosting company) because my blog was the victim of a redirect hack two weeks in a row. This problem with comments has only become a problem after making changes, and I wonder if there are conflicts between two or more of the plugins that are affecting the ability of some users to comment.

Are you aware of any conflicts with Jetpack, WP Cerber, and Bluehost, for example?
