Hello @thueske ,
I’m sorry about the delay on our side, we having some issues with email notifications from the wp.org forum.
In your last post you wrote:
The problem are…
a) incorrect calculations
b) incorrect inputs (1 instead of 0 / empty)I was able to replicate the second issue with the “1” instead of nothing, but in the email and on the summary the price is the same in my test.
Could you tell me what I need to select in the form to see the problem with prices?kind regards,
KasiaHi @thueske
I hope you are doing well and safe!
We haven’t heard from you in a while, I’ll mark this thread as resolved.
Feel free to let us know if you have any additional question or problem.
Best Regards
Patrick FreitasHey @wpmudevsupport12 and @wpmudev-support2,
sorry for my late answer. The problem still exists.Glad you were able to understand the second mistake. Is there any fix on your roadmap?
The first error requires you to select something other than “Wertgutschein”, for example “Frühstück” or “Fu?ball-Golf”.
Thank you,
TobiasHi @thueske
For the first issue yes, we reported to our developers.
I am afraid we can’t give an estimated time, I tested in the upcoming update but unfortunately it still there so I hope we include on 1.14.11
For the second, can you try to modify the calculation for Fu?ball-Golf to
( {number-7} ) *( ( ( {hidden-2} ) * ( {number-3} ) )+( ( {hidden-3} ) * ( {number-2} ) ) )
If this workes now, you can implement the same ( ) in other fields.
Let us know the result you got.
Best Regards
Patrick FreitasHi @thueske
I made some more tests but seems made no difference when I select the Fu?ball-Golf the calculation show 17 and 18.5, what should the correct values?

Patrick FreitasHi @thueske
My apologies for the previous replies.
I double-checked the first ticket and I was able to replicate the issue on the emails, the formula looks correct.
I escalated this to our Second Line support team to check why the {calculation-3} & {calculation-9} are not working in the emails.
Once we hear back from our developers, we will let you know.
Best Regards
Patrick FreitasHey @wpmudevsupport12 ??
Thanks for your effort!
I’m looking forward to seeing the results.
Have a nice day.
Tobias
Hi @thueske
I hope you are doing well.
To keep you updated, we found the issue on your form, it is related to the hidden fields, as it doesn’t have any interface for user select the value won’t work in the calculation backend.
Kindly edit your form calculations replacing the {hidden-x} fields to their real value, this should fix the calculation field not showing in the email.
We are looking further to why the output in the not filled fields are 1
Best Regards
Patrick FreitasHey @wpmudevsupport12,
thank you ??The problem is that these values should be adjusted “centrally” via a field, instead of in each calculation when something changes. I have now adjusted it to normal number inputs and hidden them with CSS, but it would be nicer if this would also work with the hidden fields. Maybe you can include this for future development.
Thanks for continuing to look at getting the “1” bug fixed.
Tobias
Hi @thueske
Thank you for the update.
I can see the plugin team is already working to improve the experience between calculation and a hidden field.
We will keep you posted about the 1 value.
Best Regards
Patrick FreitasHi @thueske
An update on this.
The 1 value is happening because the form has a default value in the hidden field set as 1:
https://monosnap.com/file/AuifKRAdiDA1PsRiUakTyGwpGi5KuB
To avoid it you can remove this default value or configure different email templates making sure only your conditional fields are included on that template.
Field A and B.
Conditional B, only show if A is yes
Email template, send the email if A is yes, email body {field-a}, {field-b}

Patrick FreitasHi @thueske
An extra update here,
We tested the issue on Forminator 1.14.11 for the output showing number 1 and it seems fixed in this version.
Please, keep the eyes in the plugin update, the above reply still a good idea to improve the user email experience.
Best Regards
Patrick FreitasHello @wpmudevsupport12,
thank you very much for your efforts. Unfortunately I can not test it.
With version 1.14.11 the PayPal Submit button is no longer displayed.
If I change the plugin version back to 1.14.10.1, then the button is displayed.
There must be an error here.
Tobias
Hi @thueske
Sorry to hear this.
Can you create a different ticket for this?
We try to keep the tickets split per subject.
Best Regards
Patrick FreitasHi @thueske
I am marking this ticket as resolved, for now, but feel free to ping us any time you need or when testing the solution.
Best Regards
Patrick Freitas
