Add to cart issue

  • Hello team,

    I would like to ask something about your plugin. I have a variation product with some attributes. I have linked attributes with selection of your product addons. All addons are required, but if i try to add product to cart without select addons, this will be added normally to cart. The system display to messages:

    1. you have successfully added product to cart https://prnt.sc/116cqol
    2. Addon is required https://prnt.sc/116crfz

    Cart has the product without addon.

    Thank you for reaching out to us. We suspect a conflict is occurring causing this behavior to occur either with another plugin or the theme you are using.

    The plugin/theme testing is easy. Temporarily deactivate all plugins, except WooCommerce, Product Add-ons and use the standard WooCommerce Storefront theme. If the behavior is fixed, one-by-one enable a new plugin, or the current theme until the issue occurs again. This will allow you to identify which plugin or theme functionality is cause the issue and behavior to occur to fix the issue.
