Can’t get through setup

    I’ve installed the plugin. I then go to settings. There are 5 popup screens. When I get to the last one that has the option to share data, I can’t get past that page. I tried with or without sharing. I tried Skip. Nothing works.

    I’m on Chrome if that’s incompatible?

    Could you try to reinstall the plugin and verify if skipping from the first popup can work for you? I would also recommend clearing any cache from site setup through a plugin, theme or server.

    In case the issue persists, please provide us with a screenshot of any message you may get when trying to skip.

    Does not work. In the meantime, I’ve even reinstalled the entire site.

    Thanks for sharing a screencast, I tried to replicate this in my system but it worked fine without any issue.

    I’m afraid this is more of a site-specific issue, could you please confirm whether you are running the latest version of WordPress ie v 5.7 and the Smush version 3.8.4?

    If yes, this seems to be more of a conflict. Could you please try running a conflict test as mentioned in the following flowchart and then check whether it helps in pinpointing the source of the issue?
