Settings configuration

Hi there, I have 2 websites that both use this great plugin, but on one of them it doesn’t seem to save static versions of the pages like the other.

It looks like one creates a folder ‘all’ in /wp-content, where it places the static pages.

Even though my settings are exactly the same on the other site, I can’t get it to generate this folder and the static pages.

Is there some setting that controls this feature that I can double check? I’ve set both sites to ‘Preload’ pages and posts etc.

Any guidance most appreciated.
