Embedded Post Not Working

It used to work but has recently stopped working, only the text are visible now, instead of the embedded thumbnail of the posts.
It’s fine during edit and preview.

I confirmed the above reply.
I hope this problem will be resolved in WP 5.7.1.The same problem has occurred on my two websites.
Embedded block preview has been disabled since WP5.7.
