Any support on this plugin?

Hi guys, I am facing a problem when trying to submit entries in the font end. A red border appears and says : fill up all fields. This happens all the time, no matter the fields are filled up or not.
Had no support from the developer on the emails provided. Have anybody here had support from this dev ever?
