Contact Form 7 Compatibility

Hello,
I would like to make sure that a user to send a message through a Contact Form 7 form, has to spend points. The problem is that when the points are not enough, they go negative and the user can continue to send messages through the form. How do I prevent the user, when the points are no longer enough, from not sending more messages?
