Link to anchor link within popup?

You may use Trigger: Click Open — Trigger a Popup from a Link URL to achieve this.

You may need to use the popups CSS class and add a ‘#’ on the anchor link inside the page content. For example:
<a href="#popmake-123">Your Text Here...</a>
