Email alert functionality

Hello,
I run a German-speaking deal website where users can find the best deals in the internet for whisky and rum.
With a user area, I want to add a new functionality to the website:
– When a user is interested in a specific whisky, he should be able to set a “deal alert” for a keyword, and enter e.g. “jack daniels”.
– When there is a new deal with “jack daniels” in the title, the user should get an alert via email to the user email address: “There is a new deal matching your keywords” with the corresponding deal link.

Does your plugin cover this or a similar flow?
