Charts do not display on website

Hello everyone,

Unfortunately I have the same problem that some other people mentioned with Graphina. The charts are perfectly displayed in the editor but not on the actual website. On the website, there is just an empty space where the chart is supposed to be. I cleared all cache and the problem still exists. Any help would be appreciated.
