Widget not Centering

  • I have used AdRotate on two sites both running Ocean Theme and Elelmentor. one site (www.ilovewitney.com) the widget Footer (containing AdRotate) is great and Centred and on another site (www.iloveoxfordshire.com) its on the left and for the life of me I can’t get it Centred
    Any Ideas people ?
