Settings on Blocks not working

    Hey,

    I tried in firefox and I tried in opera.
    My WP version is 5.7.

    Problem:

    Whenever I try to click the gear wheel icon to change the settings on any blocks it just opens a half transparent black window without any content.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Can you please install this plugin, health check: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/
    After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

    Go to its troubleshoot mode and activate only Photoblocks and see if the same issue happens with no other plugins and a default theme.

    Hey,

    thanks. I did that now and seems like something is clashing here.

    But before I go on with further troubleshooting to find out what is clashing I also noticed the gallery (free version) is not responsive (as it seems). Besides that there is no html possible in the lightbox image descriptions.

    Or did I just overlook something?

    thanks for letting me know there is an incompatibility.
    As for the responsive issues, can you please provide a bit more information? There is the option ‘Mobile layout’ where you can add a new layout for the gallery on mobile devices.

    As for the lightbox description, yes, that is correct. It does not work at the moment to add html there.

    Yeah I’ve seen that. There is a big blue button for the mobile layout.

    But I’ve been in troubleshoot mode as suggested earlier and even then this button did nothing. I tried it on firefox and on opera. None worked.

    I had everything deactivated in the troubleshooting except for photo blocks.

    Do you have an idea what the problem could be here?

    I am sorry for the late reply – I missed your response. ??
    I just tried that on my end as well and you are absolutely right, it seems to be a bug with the mobile layout option, it no longer works.
    I went ahead and opened a ticket re. that on our GitHub so our dev team can fix it.
