Not true to expectations

Bought the plugin with the expectation that it would allow multiple file upload, but the support team says, we don’t have multiple file upload. Though you can add the same file upload control multiple times to allow more file upload.
But really, would it make sense to enable 25 controls, just because I wanted to allow my customer to upload 25 images for a Mosiac?
