Custom image problem

Hi,
cant seem to get any images to show up. Based on the template instruction, I created 2 custom fields and pasted their corresponding values. but Im not getting any images to show up.

https://www.paddsolutions.com/wpmag/matino/Ive tried changing the uploads folder to “777” but still not getting anything. Ive posted over and over and delated posts.. but still nothing.
