True and fulse value

    I am using Checkboxes there are three value are there,
    is there any possibility I want to show the selected value only true and the other two values are false in the calculation field?

    I am using checkbox there are three value
    1. icu
    2. or
    3. others

    I want to show three values result in calculation fields.
    when the user selects a value in ICU then only one calculation value result is showing true and the other two calculation fields are shown false.
