Hi
My site is not live yet I want to solve a few issues first so its still on maintenance

I want to change the terminology from Categories and Products. I have managed on the menu pages but how can I change the “page titles” h1.page-title ??

You can edit categories from Products > Categories: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/#section-2

For products, you can go into each product to edit its information: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/

Instead of “Shop by Category I want it to say “Shop by Collection” !

Instead of “Product” I want to have “Works”

Hello,

You can change text by using a free translation plugin like Loco Translate. This will allow you to find that phrase and change it to be what you’d like.

@maykato Thanks for the suggestion .. I installed the loco translate tried to go to edit the woocommerce template get a “Innternal server error” so back to the suggestion board anyone else??

Thanks for getting back.

It seems you tried to edit the template rather than create a new language.

The steps for changing text using Loco Translate are explained here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-localization/#creating-custom-translations-with-loco-translate
* When you click “new language” in #6 above, select the same language that your site is currently in.
