Spike in these all of a sudden: “Undefined index: shared_salt”

All of a sudden, there’s a big spike in these notices from Jetpack today: “Undefined index: shared_salt”. Here is the output of our Sentry:
Any idea what’s going on? We’re on version 9.5.
