Results with index.php showing up

    Those are actual searches on your site. Some bot is likely trawling your site with urls like /search/index.php/products/fibre-optic-pigtails/… and that appears in your search logs.

    I would use keyword blocking to stop all searches with “index.php” in the search terms.
