Ex-Member is still receiving email about posts she was following

    We have someone who was a user and member on our Discussion forum who wanted to no longer be a user or member or receive emails to topics that she was following. We have removed her as a user and member but any replies to topics she was following are still being forwarded to her by email. How do we prevent this from happening?

    Let me add that you must log in to any of our forums for people to view the page.

    I have put in a request for her to use the unfollow link but we would like to know if there is a way to make it so previous members / users stop receiving emails about posts they were following.
