Google Pay not showing shipping options outside the UK

I have shipping zones for the UK and ROW and both work fine if a customer checksout using PayPal or the standard checkout process, just not Google Pay.

The shipping rates are not dependent on the payment methods. By default, WooCommerce will calculate shipping on the cart/checkout page regardless of what payment methods are enabled.

Unfortunately, the screenshot you provided is not sufficient enough. Kindly please provide us with screenshots that describe the problem you are seeing.

Also, it will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here.

No I am not suggesting the shipping rates are dependant on the payment methods, simply that when a user checks out through the normal payment system the website has no problem with shipping locations using the rules already set up…it’s ONLY apply pay and GPay that seem to be challenged by the shipping location and therefore throw up an error

Sorry I thought you asked for a screenshot of the shipping zones. What would you like to see instead? I have turned apple and google pay off in the meantime because it was impacting my sales

Given that this is not reproducible nor are there any reports of this on our issue tracker that I can find here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/issues I feel that this is likely caused by something external to WooCommerce and Stripe.

If you are able to reproduce this under the following conditions:

1. An unmodified, default, WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty-one or Storefront active
2. No other plugins active except for WooCommerce and Stripe

Please do open an issue on the issue tracker with that information.
