Vague Documentation and Responses from Support

Spent several hours trying to set this up for our application. Basically we have an airport shuttle that goes from several airports to a designated group of locations with mile radius. When testing it didn’t work as expected so I took the time to write out several questions for support.
Mark from Transporters.io responded vaguely, basically answering only 1 question out of the 20 or so I had submitted. My two page list of questions was answered with 1 sentence that actually didn’t offer any insight or answer at all. Not even suggestions.
The date and time format was one question, along with Child Car seats… No answers provided at all. For us, the time spent setting this up was a waste of time that could have been avoided from the very beginning.
GravityForms might actually be able to be used in it’s place and more accurately. Just takes a little more setting up with filters based on zip codes and addresses.
