    I run Wordfence through the Wordfence Central platform. Is there a way to get it to ignore this file? It appears it’s tied to either the blogger importer tool built into WordPress or my UpdraftPlus backup service. I don’t want to get an email every time this shows as an alert.

    Hello @fredjclaus06 and thanks for reaching out to us!

    The UpdaftPlus plugin can cause this and this was a response in their own forum:
    UpdraftPlus can use PHP’s random-number functions, and those functions can create that file (as part of preservation of a random seed)

    If you want to not see this result anymore, head over to your Wordfence > Scan page and scroll down to the scan result for this, then hit the “Ignore” button on the far right of it. This will hide it in the future.
