    Good morning, please we need some help:

    1. After updating to the latest version today (Version 2.1.17), administrators, as well as companies that access the candidates profiles, can no longer see them, they do not show the candidate fields, they are empty.

    2. One more thing I wanted to ask is how to solve the problem with members cache, that when clearing it, it does not clean it completely, it always leaves a residual of for example 0,12 MB, or 0,16 MB. We have taken a look thru FTP directory, to check the /temp file at UM members and it’s empty there.

    3. It’s normal, that after updating the plugin at WordPress and then going to UM to update the DB, the version says: updating Version 2.1.17 ALPHA?

    Is there any way or a way that when new versions (updates) are released, the previous configurations do not break down and we get into this type of problems or difficulties, losing access, and facing important issues such as the one mentioned in point 1?

    Thanks in advance and please, we are in a hurry as all our sites are facing this problems (especially number 1, that neither the admins, nor the companies, can see the member profiles).

  • I think I’m having a very similar problem. All profiles are blank – even for logged in users/admin.

    The DB version also has the alpha tag.

    Hi to all, today I’m writting to thank UM for their great and superb support. I’ve being with them a couple of days, helping us to solve the problem with this last update and we found it together.

    I’m going to share it as might help someone else too.

    In this last update, there was an privacy option updated at UM > settings > appearance > profile menu, that added this new option “The Owner and Specific Profiles”, that overided old ones configured: https://prntscr.com/11vbzdc

    So, here you have to select which UM members have permissions to see other members profiles. Example: Admin, Companies,…

    Where you select them, just save and you’ll see again all members profiles correctly.

    Many thanks once again to this great team, who although sometimes we suffer from these small changes, without hesitation they are improvements, that with a little patience and with their great support, are solved satisfactorily!
