• Hello,

I have run a site for some 10+ years and accumulated over 600 mail subscribers with Jetpack over the years, so a large amount of my traffic is amounted that way. Now since a couple of weeks, the Jetpack subscription feature has stopped working.

This happened while I was updating my site with a new theme and switched domain. I moved my database and WordPress files to a new domain I purchased with One.com. After that, the subscription feature stopped working in the sense that subscribers do no longer receive mails when I publish a new post.

It seems it’s still possible for readers to sign up, and every time I publish a new post, above the post in the editor, it will say that an e-mail had been sent to the subscribers.

But since April 4 – which is the day I was moving the database and the WordPress files to my new domain – the mails are not sent out any longer. I know this not only because if the visitor stats, but also because I subscribe to my own blog and don’t receive the mails myself.

I have checked the Jetpack debug and there is no problem with the connection to my site. I have also tried to deactivate the new plugins I installed since April 4 and sent out a test post, but to no avail. So I suspect the problem is related to to moving database and files to new domain.

Do you have any idea how this can be solved, so that my subscribers will once again receive the post updates?

    Thanks,
    Jojje
