Word fence Block this IP button is no longer clickable

    I can no longer block users in the firewall, I am using the free version and both the custom pattern and IP address options have a greyed out “Block ” button and is now unusable.

    Hi @marxmann, thanks for your question.

    For me, the block buttons under Wordfence > Firewall > Blocking are inactive until at least one field and the block reason are filled out. If filling out the required fields doesn’t cause the button to become active, you may be experiencing a conflict that’s stopping our Javascript from running properly.

    Do you see any errors in the browser console on this page? If so, could you please take a screenshot and upload it to Snipboard and I’ll help you interpret what you’re seeing.

    There are errors in the browser console, the block button is unclickable. This “security” plugin is completely useless if you can not block anyone.
