    Hello

    I have this text “You have loaded the Cookie Policy without javascript support.On AMP, you can use the manage consent button on the bottom of the page.” showing near “Manage your consent settings” and the sliders.

    Can you help?

    Hi @josecarlosamaral,

    Because the consent area is added with Javascript we give a notice when this is not available, for example on AMP or in some cases where browsers are not supporting, or cancelled javascript.

    Can I see it somewhere?

    Hello @josecarlosamaral,

    Did you use the shortcode to add the Cookie Policy to the website?

    Because when viewing the page I’m seeing two versions of the Policy, both containing the correct buttons to manage consent, but only one version has this text included.

    I don’t use the shortcode to add the Cookie Policy to the website. At same time i need the Cookie Policy text in portuguese.

    When i manage consent thats where i have de problem with javascript. Any solution?

    Hello @josecarlosamaral,

    I see that the Cookie Policy appears on the page twice. Complianz generates a page with a single Cookie Policy, so I’m wondering how the second version (the one that displays the JavaScript not enabled message) was added to the page.

    To create the Cookie Policy in multiple languages, you can use a translation plugin such as WPML or PolyLang. That will allow you to create new page/a separate version of the Cookie Policy in the language you desire.
