Could you please provide us with a screenshot so that we can see what you are describing?

I recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your response. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Ah, I have to third this problem, glad to see that it’s not just me.

I just finished going around in circles with Facebook support. They’ve asked me to clear my cache and try a different browser for a third time now. I could show you the exact same screenshot but with my account.

I believe I lost the connection with the 2.0 update but trying to reconnect leads me to the same greyed out Instagram account and no way to proceed.

Is there a conflict with the Facebook for WordPress plugin? I was able to get the plugin to complete the connection process by unchecking the Instagram Shopping option in the connection process. When I finished the process and returned to the Facebook for Woocommerce plugin all the details about the connection like the page and pixel id numbers just had dashes. So I deactivated the Facebook for WordPress plugin and tried again and this time all the numbers showed up properly. I even tried reactivating the Facebook for WordPress plugin and reconnected it with no problem. The only thing odd I noticed is an error in my business manager account that complains about an two event ids being the same. Here’s a screenshot…

I think I’m also seeing that products are passing through to the Instagram Shop now even though I had to skip it in the setup process. I’m working on this for a client so I’ll have to ask if the newer products are available as tags.

I solved it on my side.

It was indeed a conflict. I unlinked the Instagram account from the shop on FB; then it worked just fine. Hopefully, that sorts it for you too!

If you have the IG account linked, please unlink first.

    Hi @nickmthom

Could you please create a separate support thread? So we can respond appropriately in a focused way
