Is it possible to have multiple upload directories?

    Essentially I want to be able to upload images to one directory, videos to another, and audio to another. Is there a way to set up multiple upload directories like this, instead of just /upload?

  • If you FTP the files up then no problem, any directory you want. I use this method on my site regular to keep things arranged by topic. Just using WordPress I don’t know – maybe there is a Plug-in that would do it.

    i found one plugin that seemed like it should work(upload relocator), but it was outdated and got errors when i tried to use it.

    found some custom field plugins that do it. awesome
