2nd Address line is missing

I’m having a problem with Woocommerce & PayPal checkout, I’m receiving orders without the 2nd address line.
Here is my test:
I added a 2nd address line inside PayPal checkout:

Already tried:
1. changing theme / disable all plugins except Woocommerce
2. updating WP/WC/plugins
3. installing all different PayPal checkout plugins available
4. contacting support: Paypal developers, checkout plugins, theme and google to find a fix, all of them pointed me to Woocommcere.

I understand this is a frustrating situation. Your third party shopping cart determines what details are actually passed over to PayPal to process in the API calls. Unfortunately, we are not receiving the 2nd address line from your carts API calls. Please work with them to correct this.Please help me fix the problem, I’m losing money & customers every day now.
