Yes, I’m still challenged apparently. I continue to receive the message: In order to access this section of your account please verify your email address. I beleive I have. Loggged out, back in still no luck. I went so far as to open the contact us page in a different browser and created a new account, and confirmed the Email, but still am receiving the same message.

I’d like to get more info on these 2 products so I can advise my client if they will do what he’s looking for so he can then make the purchase.

Kindly go to the contact us page and select “I need help with my account.” After that, click on the “Need something else? Contact us!” link to open up a ticket. (You can use an incognito/private browser window).
