Astra Elementor mobile version not showing header image or title

Hi there,

I just finished my site using Astra Elementor. The desktop version looks great, as does the mobile preview version. But when I view the site on my phone, all the pages have a large white space hiding the header image and title. I’ve called bluehost and they could not figure it out. I changed the theme and disabled elementor and the box went away. But I have no clue how to get the white box gone with elementor. Please help!
