• Dear all,

I have troubles handling following issue:

Loading https://anepicview.be into GTMetrix shows data for plug-ins is being retrieved from the staging domain https://usercontent.one instead of https://anepicview.be causing a delay in loading time.

I don’t know what is causing this issue, and have opened a ticket at One.com with no reply after one month. Has anyone experienced a same issue? Any idea how I can solve this?

    Thank you very much.
    Indira

  • Hi @seostudio,

I don’t think it would be making that much difference to load times to be honest, as it seems that https://usercontent.one/ is almost a generic domain for all One.com servers.

You could, however, run a find and replace on your SQL database to fix this. There are a number of ‘find and replace’ style plugins for WP too that might work. You can then find all the One.com domain references and replace them with your own domain.

Important: As with all these things, please make sure you take a backup of your site, data, and database first! It’s always better to be safe than sorry.

    Good luck!

    Kind Regards,

    Dear Tim,

Thanks a lot for your reply. I am assuming I can test the find and replace in a staging environment? (sorry, new kid in town)

Kind regards and thanks for your support!

    Hi @seostudio,

Yes, you can do it on any WP site – just search the plugins repository for something suitable. ??

    Kind Regards,

    Dear Tim,

Turns out to be the URL generated by the CDN from One.com… sorry!
And thanks for your help ??

    Kind regards,

    Hi Indira,

No problem – I assumed you knew that but wanted to get rid of it. Not to worry, no harm done. ??

Glad you are sorted. Have a great day!

    Kind Regards,
    Tim
