Limit number of posts in Latest Posts module

I don’t have this module on the site at the mo as I can’t get it to do what I want.

Basically I want to use the Latest posts module on the home page but imit to only show the one latest post. I can set it to show one row but then it puts additional posts on separate rows.

How do I set it to just show the ONE latest post?
